Contacted SUNAT. We misunderstood the json spec. The 'adicionalCabecera' section is supposed to be a nested json inside the 'cabecera' section.
Manually generated a compliant json and now the 'adicionalCabecera' section was read.

'adicionalCabecera' moved as nested json insice 'cabecera'.
