The FACTURADOR APP is not available any more at the SUNAT microsite:

https://cpe.sunat.gob.pe/

If SUNAT terminated the FACTURADOR APP free service, the integration would require an intermediate third party Operador de Servicios Electronicos (OSE) such as: NubeFacT, Telefonica, BizLinks, etc. The full list is here:
